White Castle has kept it simple for the last century. There are a few different sliders but in the end these are very, very, very simple burgers. A super fluffy bun (fluffier than McDonalds), some American cheese (thicker than McD’s), some grilled onions, a pickle, and a thin patty. That’s it. It’s China, so they’ve got a spicy tofu one and a “Cherry Blossom Slider”, which is duck! And quite good. This is the first location to open in China, conveniently located in the city-center, which is probably a 45-minute drive from somewhere.
