We've been traveling accross town to find a maxican restaurant but failed, so we ended up here.

First of all, I'd say this is a quite exotic neighborhood, so the waiters/waitresses are mostly english speaking. Well, I don't feel they are friendly, and I feel strong personality, which is great if you work in other fields, but not so good if your job is just waiting the table.

We were led to a seat outdoor in a cold windy night, when ask if they have other seats, they said all the other seats are taken. Rest are some cliche of the bad services you might have experienced once or twice: The food didn't come 20mins after we ordered, I was cold and hungry and just want to go home. When I expressed that I will leave if they can't move us indoor, they immidiately said there are seats available upstairs. The table there was crooked because it was folded on another table, but they fixed it very quickly.

Our food didn't arrive 10mins after we seated upstairs, there is a little progress when they brought me water nearly 35mins after we arrived there. It was very frustrating waiting for food when you are tired and hungry.

The food is just like their name, simply thai, simple as you can eat the same food in any thai restaurant in shanghai.Maybe some take away stand serves better food.

The decor is modern but because of the crooked table, I won't give them a higher rate.

Well, it sounds like a complaint, but I'm a virgo, give me a break...I will never go there again, I'll leave this to the roaches and mice, I love downtown.
