A low-key Italian panini shop that is the culmination of one man's dream to quit the corporate world, which he did when he was 50, and cook. That guy, Toto (Salvatore to his wife), is usually behind the counter, making sandwiches and bullshitting with his regular customers, who pop in for cheap Lavazza espresso (12rmb) in the morning and then come back for the premium panini (40-70rmb) in the afternoon. Sandwiches are big, "like 45 size shoes" he says, and filling, and made with mostly imported meats and cheeses.
