Arco stands out among the rather poor quality all-you-can-eat Brazilian roast meat restaurants that Shanghai is infatuated with. It offers a higher quality of both meat and choices at the salad bar. In fact, it's one of the few Brazilian gorging places where the "salad" bar is worth the price of the meal alone -- there's yuca, porky black beans and rice, and plenty of other choices.
