Boss brought a group of us colleagues to Pinnacle Peak for dinner last week.
Missed the fresh and juicy steak from the days in Europe and haven't had a good piece of steak in Shanghai.

Ordered the set dinner, that was on promotion. It included a salad, a main and a plate of fruits. The serving was quite big, only the men managed to finish the main, us ladies could only manage half of it.

Food quality wise it is not bad, the steak was cooked to the right degree that I wanted.
Service was also good.

We went to Pinnacle Peak yesterday (monday 19:00) with a party of 6 experienced steak connaisseurs. We knew what we were getting into as most of us had frequented the venue before on various occasions. The reason this time (as if you need a reason for a steak) was a farewell dinner. After a hearty hello by Steven the GM, we went to our table in the VIP section. The restaurant was 90% full already! We all opted for the deal of the month: a juicy-grilled fillet mignon steak (normally RMB 238) for only RMB 119 �C including a salad and dessert! The small caesar salad was a nice start (choice of 3 salads or 3 soups).The Filet though was the Bomb. You can't get a better deal today, mark my words. Succulent and cooked to perfection with a choice of side dishes and a pepper sauce. Outstanding yumminess. Some of us opted for some Shiraz to go with it but beer does the trick too (38 for a large Bitburger is also unheard of and very pleasant). Service was good too. Steak n beer. Say no more , we will be back !
