One of Shanghai's hip hop landmarks, Guandi closed for a while but seems to be open again. It's a Chinese bar / lounge / club that was once a go-to place for high-spenders and pretty people. Now, it's largely been supplanted by its imitators. Expect a younger crowd, but still popular with locals.
