, an evening where guests will be dining and drinking a specialised experience prepared by special guest chefs and connoisseurs.

, the Chef and Owner of the 2 Michelin Star Taian Table, and Young Yang
, the Executive Chinese Chef at Park Hyatt Shanghai, will both prepare their own six dishes to serve guests. Stiller will prepare his signature dishes to be accompanied with wine pairings, and Yang has created a Spring collection menu that will also include wine pairings. Guests are given welcome-cocktails by mixologist Kazuhisa Arai
, the GM of Sober Company
. There will be a champagne and caviar tasting, organized by Eduard Duval
, the owner of Champagne House Edouard DUVAL. Floral arrangements have been designed by Cary Chang
, and Park Hyatt's Japanese pastry chef Ryosuke Horio
will be offering dessert delights. Included in this premium dinner is also the opportunity to converse with the professionals who planned the night.
One single admission for the dinner will cost 1,588rmb per person
