Performers

Amatis Trio
Founded in 2014 and based in Salzburg, the trio consists of violinist Lea Hausmann, cellist Samuel Shepherd, and pianist Mengjie Han.

The ensemble was selected as BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artists in 2016 and named ECHO Rising Stars in 2018. They have also received awards including the Kersjesprijs and the Borletti-Buitoni Trust Award.

They have performed at venues and festivals including the BBC Proms, Verbier Festival, Salzburg Mozart Week, and Edinburgh International Festival, and have appeared at halls such as Wigmore Hall, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, and Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.
