Another year, another Comic Con down. A subdued three-day affair, Shanghai Comic Con 2017 didn't quite live up to past iterations, but there were sparks of enthusiasm here and there. We sent our photographer to check it out. There was cosplay. There was merchandise. There were comic books. There were celebrity guests. Kinda sorta. The best stuff wasn't front-and-center, more like tucked into the nooks and crannies around the booths. Plus that Jack Sparrow guy, he was pretty great. Our dreams of Bill Murray showing up were not realized. But that Jorge Molina's a real dreamboat in person. So handsome. So rugged.
