Joy City is the big mall with the Ferris wheel on the roof. There's several restaurants and bars up there too. Ferris wheel tickets start at 60rmb and go up to 80rmb on public holidays. The mall is serving some offbeat kawaii vibes and worth exploring if you're in the area.
