First Hooters, now this?! It seems that the TGI Friday's in Raffles City Changning closed up shop sometime last month. Whoops, didn't notice that! With the closing of Fucheng Lu and Chamtime Plaza locations, it brings the Shanghai Friday's franchisees count to zero. What's behind this distressing development? Unclear. Could have something to do with their potato skins lawsuit? Something about the middle-class contracting? Or possibly it's because by all accounts it just kind of sucks.
