Catch of the Day (C.O.D) is a project by Qian Sun, an interior designer who ventured into the F&B industry with an innovative concept. This modern bistro emphasizes fresh ingredients and unique culinary combinations, offering what can best be described as sophisticated tapas. The concept is intimate yet daring, with particular attention paid to an extensive and thoughtful wine selection.
Where It Is:
Located in the new PAC compound (Wuding Changde, Kangding), directly in front of Tvino, it offers easy accessibility by car or taxi. PAC itself is renowned for its vibrant culinary scene, featuring diverse restaurants including Turkish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish options. Additionally, there's a supermarket on the lower floor and a selection of quality sportswear shops.
Atmosphere:
Qian's background in interior design clearly shines through in the modern décor. The open kitchen design creates an engaging dining experience, making guests feel involved in the culinary process. The atmosphere could be described as elegantly casual, minimalist, cool, and airy, with comfortable lighting enhancing the overall dining ambiance.

Highlights include the Mackerel Dumplings (¥58), an original and delightful surprise. The seafood-infused steak tartare (¥158) is also highly recommended.
