Newly-opened nightclub Propaganda is hosting a Halloween party with a costume contest. Best in show gets 2000rmb cash money. Second prize is a 1.5L bottle of Jack Daniels and a 1.5L bottle of champagne. Third prize: a 1.5L bottle of champagne. Anyone in a costume gets in for free and gets a "gift," too.
