This Cantonese restaurant in the Penta Hotel on Dingxi Lu offers a daily dim sum menu of Cantonese classics. Expect steam baskets full of har gau and chashao bao as well as deep-fried bites, like shrimp stuffed in tofu skin. The crispy pigeon is not to be missed. Available daily, from 11.30am–2.30pm.
