Flame is a contemporary steak, seafood and chophouse concept. The menu features a lot of steakhouse staples, like French onion soup, Caesar salad with soft-boiled egg and sides, like creamed corn or mashed potatoes, etc. Much of the food also draws inspiration from Japan and the Mediterranean. You see it in starters like steak tartare with miso marinated egg yolk, Alaskan king crab cakes with a squid ink aioli, or a bouillabaisse ignited with whiskey. Steaks are obviously the main event. They are grilled over Japanese binchotan charcoal. Presentations and sauces are inspired by the cuisines of France, Japan, Argentina and more.
