Kartel is a cocktail lounge and wine bar. Three different floors offer three distinct looks and feels. The main floor is an eclectic mix of bling and urban decay with wrap-around windows and a quirky bathtub motif. Downstairs takes on the character of gentleman's lounge.Then there is the rooftop terrace. Simple in design with a 360º view of the French Concession. A rolling selection of 20 wines by the glass accompanies an equal amount of house cocktails and there is an extensive Burgundy collection available by the bottle. Eats are largely French and Italian-style bar bites like cheese and charcuterie plates and tartines.

Very, very cool interior on all floors. But the terrace... wow! i don't think there's a cooler place to hang out this coming summer nights! good selection wines & cocktails and surpisingly good food!

Wine lounge with famous DJ's music and really like that wonderful terrace. Gona take more friends to go there ;)... and 19 more
