Not much to add to that. Down-home Southern cookin' resto Palmetto (which was also Ruijin Cajun for a minute) has slipped into the ether. Which is a shame. I liked the food there. In particular the meatloaf. Anyway, ex-manager Pauly Can is going to come back with a new concept for the space, looking at a March-ish opening date. They're being tight-lipped on what it's going to be but the word "lounge" is being tossed around. Third time's a charm. 8-ball, corner pocket.
