The malaise of the holiday season appears to finally be behind us with new restaurants, nightlife venues, and parties back in full swing. Another facet of Shanghai's cultural life experiencing a bit of a resuscitation after a month or so of near inactivity is the city's arts scene. A cavalcade of new exhibitions (well, at least four) opened in galleries around town over the last weekend.
