Little slice of bagel news: the Cinnaswirl on Yuyuan Lu which Spread The Bagel moved into last year has been renovated with space to actually sit. Cinnaswirl is still on the menu in all its cinnamon-y, diabetic glory, but the space is now draped in the yellow colors of House Bagel. In other Spread the Bagel news, they've opened up a "cloud kitchen" in Xujiahui — basically a co-working space for people who just need a kitchen — which improves their delivery and means that residents out past Xujiahui can get their New York Reubens faster.
