Here's something different: a Panamanian chef is doing a pop-up cooking Caribbean food this week. For those of us who love plantains, oxtail, Jamaican curry and jerk chicken, goat, escabeche, "run down" and rice and peas, it's a rare treat. The dinner is going down at Azul, and according to the organizer, more than half of the seats are already gone. While they will accept walk-ins, you might want to book ahead (QR code on the flyer) to guarantee a seat. Curious about the full menu? See it here.
