Exciting news for people looking for something fresh in Jing'an: Riink, Alimentari Grill, and Homeslice are all up and running at the Shan Kang Courtyard development. Riink’s already back to hosting roller disco parties, like this upcoming 90s night. Meanwhile, the Alimentari people have added a charcoal grill and vermouth bar to their Italian kitchen/ grocer concept, to distinguish it from the other one barely a ten minute bike ride away. Homeslice continues to do what it does best.

The renovated construction materials market, which we've written about before, is the latest big development to hit the scene. Tenants are tried and true food and beverage brands, local Western fare favorites. Expect more openings in the near future from Tap House, Pudao, Azul, Madeleine, and Bubba’s Food Co.
