That Big Hyrox Event is this Weekend

BY EVA ZHAI | SmSh Staff Editor

In Shanghai for over four years now. Fitness lover. Very amateur badminton player. Love reading. Sometimes I write about the little things in this big city.

Quick reminder, that big Hyrox event we mentioned is coming up this weekend, Nov 23-24 at the Expo Center.

Tickets still available on the HYROX健身跑 WeChat Mini Program. No door sales.

Even if you're not racing, it's chaos in the best way—loud, sweaty, ripped people collapsing dramatically. Kinda inspiring. Kinda horrifying. Worth seeing.
