Here’s what you’ll receive in your kit from CooKit:

  • Chili chicken sauce
  • Peruvian rice
  • Baby potatoes
  • Parsley
  • Soft boiled quail eggs
  • Dried red chili
  • Shredded roasted chicken
  • Evaporated milk
  • Parmesan and roasted almonds
  • Black olive powder
  • Cilantro oil

What you’ll need to have already prepared:

  • A frying pan and pot
  • Olive oil

How to prepare your kit:

1. Microwave the rice bag for 1min, or put it in hot water to warm up
2. In a frying pan on medium heat with some olive oil, fry the potatoes
3. Get another pot on medium heat, put in all the sauce, then add the chicken in
4. Add in the evaporated milk and the parmesan and nuts and stir well
5. Prepare a plate, put potatoes on the bottom, put the chicken on top of it
6. Sprinkle with black olive powder, chopped parsley, dried chili
7. Cut the quail eggs in half, put it on top, then drizzle cilantro oil on top
