Peaking in the windows, it looks like a '50s-style diner sort of thing. But who knows. He won't tell us the name or what exactly they've got planned for it yet. Good for him. We're pretty fond of making snap judgements around these parts. Guess we'll have to wait and see. It's right around the corner from his sandwhich shop Madison Kitchen, smack dab in the middle of the universe. Should be open in a few weeks.
