Thirsty people of Shanghai: Yongkang Lu continues its relentless mission to get you drunk and rowdy. This weekend a new beer bar opens on the stretch called The Tap House. They're sort of opposite The new Blarney Stone. Right now it's still under construction but they should open softly on Friday night offering a good range of specialty beers on tap.
