Splitworks have made their first line-up announcement for the Concrete & Grass Music Festival in September, and it's a doozy. Colorful all-female Japanese rock band Gacharic Spin, Welsh experimental electronica/rock band Gallops, post-punk Motorama, Destiny Frasqueri (formerly "Wavy Spice," "Destiny", now better known as Princess Nokia), and Shanghai's own Boys Climbing Ropes omnishambles reunites just for the occasion.
