Mauro Colagreco will once again merge with three other high-profile Shanghai chefs to form an eight-handed super chef that cooks eight course tapas dinners. He'll be joined by Brad Turley of Goga, Hai, and Market 101
; Scott Melvin of The Commune Social
; and Michael Wendling of Cuivre
and T for Thai
Unico did this last fall
with 3/4 of the above line-up. We were in attendance, and it ended up being a pretty tasty time. The chefs were clearly having a good time.
