Seems APEC is getting us (American) expats some tangible results, besides just breathable air. As a silver lining to the whole "Chinese ownership of US debt crushing the value of our dollar and leeching our economy of sustainable growth options" thing that's been pretty much irreversibly set in motion over the last decade, Chinese President Xi and US President Obama have just announced a massive upgrade for tourist visa privileges.
