They've cobbled together quite an impressive list of chefs to participate in Shanghai's inaugural stop, which lasts from June 12-14. On the Shanghai side, it's the usual suspects, some of Shanghai's best and brightest, like Franck Pecol, Paul Pairet of Mr & Mrs Bund and UV, Scott Melvin of Table No. 1, and Stefan Stiller to name a few.
