This weekend, Yongkang Lu sees more pop-up dining action. Gabriel Fernandez, former chef of the now-defunct Mi Tierra and current chef of La Coyota, will be hawking her wares at Tap House.
On Saturday, she'll be whipping up burrito combo plates at 65rmb a pop. Tap House will be supplying the liquid refreshment, naturally: four shots of tequila or four Dos Equis beers for 100rmb. That deal is good from 2–9pm.
