The 2014 Shanghai International Marathon is coming up sooner than you think. The organizers have bumped it up to November 2 this year. On Monday, September 1 they're kicking off a nine-week marathon training program. The program consists of 36 training sessions, free entrance into their 5km Zombie Run on September 21, and seven cross training sessions (e.g. yoga, swimming, cross fit).
