First the closings were meant to last until February 2. So we waited. Then it was extended to February 10, and we waited. And the day came, and some venues announced they would actually be staying shut another week. Even more places said they'd remain closed until March 1, or whenever the authorities give them the okay to reopen. But lo, on the nineteenth(?) day of quarantine, there was a light at the end of the tunnel. It was a delivery guy. He bore Homeslice pizza, and Heritage's resurrected Madison Kitchen sandwiches, and tidings of Rye & Co reopening. And there was much rejoicing.
