Lots of big news comes to us today from Franck Pecol and his mini restaurant empire in Ferguson Lane.
First order of business: His eponymous bistrot. He's shutting it down this Sunday for some renovations. After six years in business, the kitchen is going to get some much-needed upgrades.
Pecol says it should be back up and running by August 20. And by then his new chef, Yann Meinsel, will finally be a permanent fixture there. Meinsel has quite an impressive background,
