Last fall, just as the temperatures were starting to drop, Franck Bistrot opened its rooftop taqueria. It was open for scarcely a month before owner Franck Pecol could no longer justify paying people to make tacos for people who didn't want to sit out in the cold. Well, the mercury is rising again, and Pecol is opening the shutters to that little rooftop shack this coming Friday. He's also changing the name of the place. Henceforth it is called Franckito. Doors open at 6pm.
