Seems like September is avian themed. First we had Perch, and now we have a brand spanking new bar on Wuding Lu, called, ehm. Perch. Permanent Perch (not Pop-Up Perch) is from, among others, some people behind beloved Shaanxi Bei Lu sidewalk piss-up slash R-rated scooter wash Rooster. Unlike Rooster, it's more wine and cocktails, wicker chairs, terrace space, you get the idea. They're in soft opening now, with an oyster deal for the rest of the weekend. Cheep cheep, Shanghai!
