According to Thomas from Cafe des Stagiaires, a.k.a. the thirteenth layer of the French Inferno, every shop on the popular, rowdy bar strip now has "the authorization to put their terrace back outside." Rules are the same as before -- terrace must be empty by 10pm but patrons can continue roistering inside the bar until midnight. Roister away, young émigrés.
