Concert promoters Split Works have been hemming and hawing around the information for the past few weeks now, duly sorting out permits and production red tape, easing their way into this gigantic commitment like an old man sliding into a warm bath, but it's out there now. It's on, it's on. The "Black Rabbit" music festival -- a multi-stage, multi-city music festival in Beijing on September 17 and Shanghai on September 18.

Confirmed acts are thus: Ludacris, Hebe (from SHE), Thirty Seconds to Mars, Saigon, Titus Andronicus, Gold Panda, Ludacris, PK14, Grandmaster Flash, Ludacris, Hanggai, Perfume Genius, Carsick Cars, Uprooted Sunshine, Ludacris, Otakrew, Rainbow Danger Club, and more, more, more, and Ludacris.
